We operate mostly within the Dayton, Ohio region. It is not uncommon for us to shoot in the Cincinnati or Columbus area however. We like to tell people that we will travel anywhere, we just charge a travel fee of $1.50 per mile for anything further than 30 miles from us.

Your photos and other media will be delivered within up to 24 hours of the shoot. In most cases, however, they are delivered first thing in the morning following the shoot. We understand how important it is that you receive your media quickly to get the property listed.

We provide quick turnaround service for an extra fee ($75). This ensures you will receive your media the same day (by 7pm est) so you can get your listing up ASAP.

When your media is ready, you will receive an email and a text. You will then be able to preview the media. You will be prompted to pay then you will be able to download the media. You may also pay by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

We price our packages by the square footage of the property. That way you don’t have to worry about purchasing a “20” or “30” photo package like other real estate photography companies do. You will receive just the perfect amount of photos for each room, inside and outside of the property.

Yes, for any listing that is 30 miles beyond our home office (Bethel Twp, Miami County), we charge $1.50 per mile for just the miles to the listing, not round trip.
